Business Cell Phone Comparison

This Blog provides a cell phone comparison for two preferred business phones, the HTC Touch Pro and The Blackberry 8830. Cell Phone Comparison will compare the differences between these two popular cell phone models. Remember most people ‘cannot live without’ their cell phone so make sure you read my blogs before you buy your next cell phone!

So straight to it, what is so good about the HTC Touch Pro, firstly it’s touch screen response and of course it’s beautiful and compact design. It includes a 2.8-inch VGA touch screen with four times the resolution of most smart devices. It also has what I would call a full web browser in your hand making websites look similar on your handset and your PC.

Also a main feature that cell phone comparison loves about the HTC Touch Pro is that it includes a full slide out 5-row QWERTY keyboard which can be easier to use then qwerty touch screen keyboards and much easier then the tiny buttons of a blackberry. It also leaves room on the screen for your message rather than just a few lines of text. Another feature of this baby is the integrated GPS which is a great feature in any phone, although can sometimes be slow and unresponsive. It is also a windows based device, meaning that it is similar to a computer which is great for the business world. Overall Cell phone comparison think that this handset gives a beautiful angle on business and communications, but is it enough??

Next, onto the Blackberry 8830, a blackberry which is apart of the 8800 series, some say it is stylish and sophisticated. Although honestly Cell Phone Comparison believes that this blackberry isn’t as stylish as the HTC range. But some still stick to the blackberry talents; it does have a more well-known name for itself then the HTC model and is well know for a business handset. But even then blackberry is using advertising for this cell phone that states that this handset would help you “stay connected to work, life and everything in between”. For cell phone comparisons this handset is seen as a work only phone, something that wouldn’t be whipped out to check your emails on while on the beach in Hawaii!

Either way, this handset does have a sleek and powerful design which includes the great ultra bright display. It has a full QWERTY keyboard but small buttons provide user difficulties, although it also includes a track ball which does make navigating easier if you enjoy this method. Of course the blackberry includes email and internet on the go, great for anyone these days. But this device does have a poor camera at just 2.0 megapixels. All in all, Cell Phone Comparison favourite feature is the security of the device which does make up for its down falls. It includes Password protection and keyboard lock, FIPS validation and Support for Triple DES or AES Encryption when Integrated with BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

So which do we prefer, well Cell Phone Comparison would never be able to stand the Blackberry at home. This is why the HTC is a phone designed for ‘work and play’, but saying that, if you are keeping the handset at work, the blackberry can be a better model suited to the work place. Overall they both possess similarities, both great for email and surfing the web. But the HTC is more stylish and includes great music players and a larger screen, where as the blackberry has that added security if you needed to keep your emails a little more private. Whatever your need be you can buy your preferred handset at the links below, both handsets have great use in the work place and if you take my advice you can’t go wrong. Plus check out the price of them online!! It’s easy enough to buy them both today! Happy Hunting!
